Life in Numbers..

So I've been a bit quiet in the past couple of weeks.. Life ebbs and flows like that! ;)

It fluctuates too.. After last post's dip, my platelet count went up to 196, only to then dip to 172 again this week.. I was battling a bit of a cold/sore throat but yeah.. Still not 100% happy with the numbers..

Interesting the way numbers define us..

Don Bradman, Australia's best batsman.   99.94 average.  Got out for a duck in his last innings. 1 run I believe would've had him retired with a 100 average!

So many other numbers and stories. But these are the definers for me at the moment:

- 10 weeks until baby #3 enters our lives.
- 2 weeks at this stage without work, and then maybe a week again where I finished up a week today.
- (the above mentioned blood counts!)

Excited, nervous, concerned but relaxed.. Stressing won't help but humans are good for it!

Oh, and 28 days until the Australian Federal Election..

Numbers would tell us that Abbott is likely to win.   Numbers are spun to say we're in way over our heads debt wise.  Numbers would tell us Australia is being inundated with illegal refugees.

Don't believe all the numbers.. Dig a bit deeper, take in the world view and realise..

When you add up the numbers, Australia is still very much the lucky country..

And for those who scream otherwise..

Your number will soon be up!
